Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500.

• COD orders are not eligible for free shipping. A standard charge of ₹100 per order will be applied on all COD orders.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and are typically delivered within 7–8 working days.

• Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

International Shipping

• Shipping Charges: International orders are subject to additional shipping fees, calculated per kg based on the total parcel weight at checkout.

• Taxes & Duties: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes vary by country. These charges must be paid directly by the customer upon delivery.

• Please review your country’s customs policies before placing an order, as international orders are not eligible for returns or cancellations once placed.

• If a customer refuses to pay customs charges or declines delivery for any reason, Cotton Charm Clothing will not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for such orders.

• International orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after order placement.
