Exchange Or Return Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

• In case of a size exchange, customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery.

• To raise an exchange request, kindly fill in the required details by clicking on this link: [CLICK HERE].

• Please note: We only offer exchanges – NO RETURNS.

• A base fee of ₹200 will be charged to initiate the exchange process.

• Once we receive your request, our customer support executive will connect with you within 3 working days for further process.

• Cotton Charm will arrange a pick-up from your address once your request is approved.

• The courier company will make 3 attempts to collect the product. If the customer is unable to hand over the product during these attempts, he/she will have to ship the product at their own expense.

• Cotton Charm will not be responsible for any claims thereafter.

RETURN POLICY

We follow a strict No Return Policy, except in the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product.

1. If you receive a damaged product, kindly raise a return request by sending us:

   • A photo and video of the package opening clearly showing the defect.

   • Share these details via WhatsApp at: +91 70147 40189.

2. Once verified, we will arrange a pick-up from your delivery location.

   • In case our courier partners do not provide pick-up service for your PIN code, you may return the package via India Speed Post and share the scanned receipt with us.

   • Shipping charges will be refunded as per the Speed Post receipt.

3. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and will be credited back to the original payment source or to the Google Pay number provided by the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, ensuring accurate size and damage-free items. Slight variations in color may occur due to photography and screen settings.

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for:

  • Products purchased on Sale/Discount.

  • Products that are used, worn, or tampered with.

• No guarantees on fabric whatsoever.
