Notification Requirement

📦 Pickup Charges

A pickup fee of ₹120 per product is applicable for arranging return pickup.

If you are shipping the product back yourself, please ensure it is dispatched within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Any product shipped back after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange.

📹 Proof of Damage

In case of a damaged or defective product, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
Please record the video while opening the package.
